| Program Description

This class is introduce participants to the ancient Chinese art and self-healing exercises. Students learn the method of harmonizing their body's vital energies while practicing the Traditional Chen Taiji form. Qigong for balance, correct breathing and mental focus is also emphasized in our curriculum. The curriculum is the learning of CHEN STYLE TAIJIQUAN 13 POSTURES & CHEN STYLE TAIJIQUAN HARMONY 13 FORMS Traditional style training under the guidance of Grandmaster Zhu Tiancai, a 19th Generation Chen Taiji. He is known as one of the "Four Golden Tigers" of Chen style Taiji. Traditional style training under the guidance of Master Chen Bing, a 20th Generation Chen Taiji. |
