| Program Description

This class is introduce participants to the ancient Chinese art and self-healing exercises. Students learn the method of harmonizing their body's vital energies while practicing the Traditional Chen Taiji form. The curriculum is the learning of CHEN STYLE TAIJIQUAN 13 POSTURES & CHEN STYLE HARMONRY 13 FORMS Traditional style training under the guidance of Grandmaster Zhu Tiancai, a 19th Generation Chen Taiji. He is known as one of the "Four Golden Tigers" of Chen style Taiji. Traditional style training under the guidance of Master Chen Bing, a 20th Generation Chen Taiji. |
